摘要 抽水蓄能电站智能化建设是顺应技术发展的必然趋势。分析了传统水电站计算机监控系统的不足之处,并按照感知层、网络层、平台层、应用层4层结构提出了智能抽水蓄能电站总体功能结构和设计方案。智能化建设是一个系统、长期、动态的过程,要秉持"顶层设计、易者先行、兼容并进、逐步完善"的建设方针,按照统一规划、分阶段实施的原则,采用搭积木形式,将成熟的信息化技术应用至智能电站建设中。 Intelligent construction of pumped storage power station is an inevitable trend to comply with the development of technology.In this paper,the shortcomings of traditional computer monitoring system of hydropower station are analyzed,and the general functional structure and design scheme of intelligent pumped storage power station are put forward according to the 4-layer structure of perception layer,network layer,platform layer and application layer.Intelligent construction is a systematic,long-term and dynamic process.Adhering to the construction policy of“top-level design,easy-to-do first,compatible and progressive improvement,gradual perfection”,and according to the principle of unified planning and phased implementation,mature information technology should be applied to the construction of intelligent power station by building blocks.
