摘要
结合厄瓜多尔科卡辛克雷水电站输水隧洞管片豆砾石回填灌浆存在的问题,如灌浆区间开放灌浆压力无或很小、豆砾石质量好坏对灌浆质量的影响、隧洞掘进及管片安装质量对灌浆质量的影响、浆液自泳特性对控制灌浆质量的影响等。采取针对措施,灌浆效果非常明显,厄瓜多尔科卡辛克雷水电站输水隧洞灌浆压水试验全部合格,合格率达100%。
Combining with the problems existing in pea gravel backfilling grouting for the segment of water conveyance tunnel of Coca Sinckle Hydropower Station in Ecuador,such as no or very small open grouting pressure in grouting interval,the influence of pea gravel quality on grouting quality,the influence of tunnel excavation and segment installation quality on grouting quality,and the influence of self-swimming characteristics on grouting quality.By taking corresponding measures,the grouting effect is obvious.The grouting pressure test of water conveyance tunnel of Coca Sinckle Hydropower Station in Ecuador is all qualified,with the qualified rate of 100%.
