摘要
针对某水电站发电机主轴与转子支架中心体把合法兰发生周向相对位移、传动键槽受压变形且修复未取得效果的问题,通过分析和计算最终确定问题的根本原因为挤压应力大于法兰材料的许用挤压应力,并核算改进对策有效,最终消除了5台机组主轴法兰变形问题。
The flange of generator main shaft and rotor support center body in a hydropower station has circumferential relative displacement,and the drive keyway is compressed and deformed,but the repair has not achieved results.Through analysis and calculation,this paper determines that the cause is that extrusion stress is greater than allowable extrusion stress of flange material,and formulates effective countermeasures,which finally eliminates the deformation problem of the main shaft flange of 5 units.
