Proper treatment of compensation fees for hurry work of hydropower project is a key factor for smooth development of the project and completion acceptance.Aiming at the hurry-work compensation for hydropower project,this paper analyses the components of hurry-work compensation fees,gives the calculation methods for related components,especially puts forward the calculation methods of hurry-work base number method and physical quantity method for newly added labor fees and construction cost reduction.
