How to Improve the Work Motivation of Production Staff in Hydropower Station

水电站的不同部门、不同岗位生产人员的日常工作对保障水轮发电机组的安全运行很重要,但是在水电站的日常工作中,我们经常能看到一些生产人员缺乏工作的积极性。主要分析导致水电站生产人员工作积极性不高的原因,并对如何提高生产人员的工作积极性做出思考,确保水电站安全生产。

Daily work of production staff in different departments and positions of hydropower station is very important to ensure the safe operation of hydro-generator units.However,in daily work of hydropower plant,we can often see that some production staff lack the initiative to work.This paper mainly analyses the causes leading to the low work motivation of the hydropower station production staff,and gives some thoughts on how to improve the work motivation of production staff so as to ensure the safety in production of the hydropower plant.
