摘要
介绍梅州抽水蓄能电站下库砂石加工系统工艺流程设计、设备选型及系统布置等主要项目的规划设计。系统做到了优化工艺流程和设备配置;布置充分考虑利用场地的地形条件,做到了紧凑合理;工艺流程灵活多变;可按指标要求进行多工况生产,保证了成品骨料的质量、产量双达标。该系统经过1a多的运行考验,各项指标均满足要求。
This paper describes the process flow design,equipment selection and system layout of the sand and stone processing system for the lower reservoir of Meizhou Pumped Storage Power Station.The system layout makes full use of the terrain conditions of the site and is compact and reasonable.The process flow is flexible and changeable.The system can carry out multi-condition production according to the requirements of index,ensuring the quality and output of finished aggregates meet the standard.The system has been tested in operation for more than one year and all indexes meet the requirements.
