基于S7-300PLC的矫直机辊缝控制设计

摘要 铝板材经退火炉退火后,板材波浪弯较大,将矫直机工作辊调节成不同凸度,形成不同的辊缝值,能有效消除板材波浪弯。采用西门子高速计数器FM350-2计数编码器的脉冲数,精确控制辊缝值大小,同时将辊缝值传输至上位机上显示。用直流调速装置控制主传动直流电动机,设置直流调速装置端子。实际应用表明,该设计系统能有效矫直板材。 After annealing in furnace,the waviness of aluminum sheet is large.The working rolls of straightener are adjusted to different crown to form different roll gap value,the waviness of aluminum sheet can effectively eliminated Siemens high-speed counter FM350-2 is used to count the pulses of encoder,and therefore the roll gap value is controlled precisely,which is transmitted to the upper computer for display at once.The DC speed regulating device is used to control the main drive DC motor And the terminals of DC speed regulating device are set.The practical application shows that the design system can straighten the sheet effectively.
