现代康复机构科学研究与高质量发展现状分析

Analysis on the current situation of scientific research and high-quality development of modern rehabilitation institutions

目的:了解全国部分康复机构的科研现状,为提高现代康复机构科研能力推动康复医学高质量发展提供借鉴和参考,优化未来科研管理模式。方法:对全国康复机构的科研现状进行调研,分析三级康复机构与非三级康复机构的科研差异。结果:国内现代康复机构,特别是非三级康复机构,整体科研基础薄弱;不同级别康复机构科研水平不均衡,三级康复机构科研课题数量及经费远高于非三级康复机构,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三级康复机构与非三级康复机构不同级别课题数轮廓平行而且重合;三级康复机构与非三级康复机构的科研成果轮廓重合,两种级别康复机构的不同类型科研成果平均值相同。结论:发展专业特色,搭建学科人才梯队,完善机构科研创新体制与机制,注重科研成果转化,将有利于提高康复机构的科研水平和核心竞争力,推动机构高质量发展。

Objective:To explore the current research situation of rehabilitation institutions in China,so as to provide reference for improving the scientific research capacity of modern rehabilitation institutions and promoting the high-quality development of rehabilitation medicine,and optimize the scientific research management model in the future.Methods:The scientific research status of 58 rehabilitation institutions in China was investigated,SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for data processing to analyze the research differences between Grade Ⅲ ehabilitation institutions and non-Grade Ⅲ rehabilitation institutions.Results:China’s modern rehabilitation institutions,especially non-Grade Ⅲ rehabilitation institutions,have a weak scientific research foundation.The research level of different levels of rehabilitation institutions is not balanced.The number and funds of research projects of Grade Ⅲ rehabilitation institutions are much higher than those of non-Grade Ⅲ rehabilitation institutions,and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05);The contours of subjects of different levels in Grade Ⅲ rehabilitation institutions and non-Grade Ⅲ rehabilitation institutions are parallel and overlap.The contours of the scientific research achievements of Grade Ⅲ rehabilitation institutions and non-Grade Ⅲ rehabilitation institutions coincide,and the average value of the scientific research achievements of different types of the two levels of rehabilitation institutions is the same.Conclusion:Developing specialty characteristics,building talent echelon,strengthening cooperation,perfecting the scientific research innovation mechanism and paying attention to the achievement transformation will promote the scientific research level of rehabilitations and further enhancing the core competitiveness of institutions.
