北京某医院文化建设引领医院高质量发展实践与思考

Practice and thinking of the cultural construction of Hospital A in Beijing leading the hospital's high-quality development

目的:结合北京市某三级甲等综合医院近年来文化建设实践探索,探讨文化建设引领医院高质量发展的途径与方法。方法:2017年对医院文化建设情况进行访谈和问卷调查,基于调研发现的问题开展系列文化建设实践探索。结果:从医院物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化、文化传播、文化管理6个维度分析医院文化建设存在的问题;医院基于调研结果开展的文化建设实践取得了明显成效。结论:通过统一思想,用文化建设的纽带把医院及其所属各科室凝聚成一个有机整体,可有效推动医院医疗、教学、科研、管理等科学、有效、高质量发展。

Objective:Combined with the practice and exploration of hospital culture construction in Hospital A,a Grade Ⅲ Level A general hospital in Beijing,in recent years,to explore the ways and methods of cultural construction leading the high-quality development of hospitals.Method:In 2017,we interviewed and questionnaire the hospital cultural construction,and carried out a series of cultural construction practice exploration based on the problems found in the survey.Results:The problems of hospital culture construction were analyzed from six dimensions:material culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture,spiritual culture,cultural communication and cultural management;The practice of hospital culture construction based on the research results has achieved remarkable results.Conclusion:By unifying the thinking and using the link of cultural construction,the hospital and its departments are integrated into an organic whole to promote the scientific,effective and high-quality development of medical treatment,teaching,scientific research and management.
