禽类硒蛋白基因组与营养代谢病相关性研究进展

Research Progress on Correlation between Avian Selenoprotein Genome and Nutritional Metabolic Diseases

硒是家禽必不可少的微量矿物元素,满足家禽硒需要不仅可以增强免疫功能,而且能提高生产性能。本文结合国内外的研究现状,综述了禽类的硒蛋白基因组、禽类与哺乳动物硒蛋白基因组的区别,以及禽类的硒蛋白基因组与营养代谢病相关性的研究进展,旨在为全面理解硒对家禽生理和营养代谢功能的作用提供参考,为家禽营养与硒的产业化应用提供技术支撑。

Selenium is an essential trace element in poultry,meet the selenium needs of poultry can not only enhance the immune function of poultry,but also improve the performance of animals.Based on the present re⁃search at home and abroad,this paper reviewed the research progress of selenoprotein genome in poultry,the difference between poultry and mammalian selenoprotein genome,and the correlation between selenoprotein genome of poultry and nutritional metabolic diseases,aiming to comprehensively understand the role of seleni⁃um on poultry physiology and nutritional metabolism function,and provide theoretical reference for poultry nu⁃trition and industrial application of selenium.
