心力衰竭患者应用替米沙坦联合培哚普利治疗的临床价值

Clinical value of telmisartan combined with perindopril in patients with heart failure

目的探析心力衰竭患者应用替米沙坦联合培哚普利治疗的临床价值。方法78例心力衰竭患者,采用抓阄法分为常规组和研究组,每组39例。常规组患者采用替米沙坦治疗,研究组患者在常规组基础上联合培哚普利治疗。对比两组治疗前后心功能指标[心输出量(CO)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]水平及临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组CO、LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组CO、LVEF水平均明显高于常规组,LVESD、LVEDD水平均显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗优良率94.87%(37/39)高于常规组的74.36%(29/39),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.303,P=0.012<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.394,P=0.530>0.05)。结论在常规治疗条件下,心力衰竭患者采用替米沙坦结合培哚普利治疗,可促使其心功能的改善,强化临床治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of telmisartan combined with perindopril in patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 78 patients with heart failure were divided into conventional group and research group according to lottery method,with 39 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with telmisartan,and the research group was treated with perindopril based on the conventional group.The cardiac function indicators[cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]before and after treatment,clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in levels of CO,LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CO and LVEF of the research group was obviously higher than those of the conventional group,and levels of LVESD and LVEDD were significantly lower than those of the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment 94.87%(37/39)of the research group was higher than 74.36%(29/39)of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.303,P=0.012<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.394,P=0.530>0.05).Conclusion Under conventional treatment conditions,telmisartan combined with perindopril can improve their cardiac function of patients with heart failure and strengthen their clinical treatment effect.
