比索洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能指标及心肌酶谱的影响

Effects of bisoprolol combined with sacubitril valsartan on cardiac function indexes and myocardial enzymes in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探究比索洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能指标及心肌酶谱的影响。方法118例CHF患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组59例。对照组口服富马酸比索洛尔片治疗,实验组在对照组基础上口服沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心率(HR)及左室射血分数(LVEF)水平,治疗前后心肌酶谱[谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]水平。结果实验组临床总有效率为91.53%,明显高于对照组的77.97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HR、LVEF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组HR水平均明显低于治疗前、LVEF水平明显高于治疗前,且实验组HR水平均明显低于对照组、LVEF水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB水平均明显低于治疗前,且实验组患者的AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB水平均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗CHF疗效确切,可有效提高患者心功能,维持正常HR,降低心肌酶谱水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of bisoprolol combined with sacubitril valsartan on cardiac function indexes and myocardial enzymes in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 118 CHF patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random numerical table,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate tablets,and the experimental group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,heart rate(HR),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),myocardial enzymes[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),phosphocreatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 91.53%,which was obviously higher than 77.97%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in levels of HR and LVEF between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HR of the two groups was obviously lower than those before treatment,and LVEF was obviously higher than that of the control group;the HR of the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group,and the LVEF was obviously higher than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in levels of AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB of the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was obviously lower than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of bisoprolol and sacubitril valsartan has certain efficacy on CHF,and it can effectively improve the cardiac function,maintain normal heart rate and reduce myocardial enzyme levels of patients.
