温针灸治疗寒湿腰痛的临床价值

Clinical value of warm needling moxibustion in the treatment of cold and damp low-back pain

目的分析温针灸治疗寒湿腰痛的临床价值。方法68例寒湿腰痛患者,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组及改良组,各34例。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,改良组给予温针灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分、生活质量评分、治疗满意度。结果治疗后,两组患者的疼痛评分均低于本组治疗前,且改良组患者的疼痛评分(2.43±0.17)分低于对照组的(5.42±0.24)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分均高于本组治疗前,且改良组患者的生活质量评分(91.42±1.13)分高于对照组的(82.53±1.57)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良组患者的治疗满意度94.12%高于对照组的73.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在寒湿腰痛治疗中应用温针灸具有显著效果,既能积极改善患者的不适症状,降低其疼痛感,又能进一步提高患者的生活质量和治疗满意度,值得临床应用并推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of warm needling moxibustion in the treatment of cold and damp low-back pain.Methods A total of 68 patients with cold and damp low-back pain were divided into control group and improved group according to different treatment regimens,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the improved group was treated with warm needling moxibustion.The pain score and quality of life score before and after treatment,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain score(2.43±0.17)points of the improved group was lower than(5.42±0.24)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the quality of life score(91.42±1.13)points of the improved group was higher than(82.53±1.57)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction 94.12%of the improved group was higher than 73.53%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of warm needling moxibustion has remarkable effect on clinical treatment of cold and damp low-back pain,which can not only actively improve the patients’discomfort symptoms and reduce their pain,but also can further improve the patients’quality of life and treatment satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
