双心护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用及对患者康复的影响

Application of double heart nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its influence on patient’s rehabilitation

目的研究和探讨双心护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用及对患者疼痛感缓解的影响。方法110例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采用双心护理干预。对比两组患者的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛评分、生活质量评分、症状改善时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛评分分别为(2.31±0.27)、(2.41±0.53)、(2.76±0.29)分,均明显低于对照组的(4.58±0.63)、(4.39±0.86)、(4.47±0.68)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=24.561、14.536、17.155,P=0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。观察组患者的认知水平、健康水平以及心理水平评分分别为(8.79±2.31)、(8.67±2.09)、(8.58±2.01)分,均明显高于对照组的(6.73±1.68)、(6.52±1.81)、(6.77±1.59)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.349、5.767、5.238,P=0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。观察组患者的症状改善时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间分别为(2.54±0.31)、(3.43±0.37)、(5.84±1.03)d,均明显短于对照组的(3.87±0.52)、(5.14±0.63)、(8.02±1.79)d,差异有统计学意义(t=16.293、17.358、7.829,P=0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为92.73%(51/55),明显高于对照组的74.55%(41/55),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.643,P=0.010<0.05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中,采用双心护理干预具有更好的应用效果,能够有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛水平、生活质量以及康复情况,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床研究和应用。

Objective To study and discuss the application of double heart nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its influence on patient’s rehabiliation.Methods A total of 110 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with double heart nursing intervention based on conventional nursing.The anxiety,depression and pain score,quality of life score,symptom improvement time,off-bed activity time,hospitalization time,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety,depression and pain scores of the observation group were(2.31±0.27),(2.41±0.53)and(2.76±0.29)points,which were obviously lower than(4.58±0.63),(4.39±0.86)and(4.47±0.68)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=24.561,14.536,17.155;P=0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05).The cognitive level,health level and psychological level scores of the observation group were(8.79±2.31),(8.67±2.09)and(8.58±2.01)points,which were obviously higher than(6.73±1.68),(6.52±1.81)and(6.77±1.59)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.349,5.767,5.238;P=0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05).The symptom improvement time,off-bed activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(2.54±0.31),(3.43±0.37)and(5.84±1.03)d,which were obviously shorter than(3.87±0.52),(5.14±0.63)and(8.02±1.79)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.293,17.358,7.829;P=0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.73%(51/55),which was obviously higher than 74.55%(41/55)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.643;P=0.010<0.05).Conclusion The application of double heart nursing has good practical effect in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and it can effectively improve the anxiety,depression,pain,quality of life and rehabilitation of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical research and application.
