去白细胞滤器对血液产品质量的影响

Effect of leukocyte depletion filter on the quality of blood products

目的研究去白细胞滤器对过滤后血液产品质量的影响。方法随机选取40袋全血,每袋200 ml,分别检测过滤前后血浆中的游离血红蛋白(FHb)浓度、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)和因子Ⅷ(FⅧ)活性,过滤后的红细胞回收率、残余白细胞计数和过滤所需时间。结果对过滤后的去白全血进行检测,红细胞回收率均可达到>85.00%,白细胞计数均<2.5×10^(6)个/单位,且全部滤器过滤时间<10 min。过滤后,血浆中的FHb为(0.076±0.016)g/L,高于过滤前的(0.039±0.019)g/L;血浆中的FIB为(1.860±0.230)g/L,低于过滤前的(2.010±0.290)g/L;血浆中的FⅧ为(91.100±7.900)%,低于过滤前的(95.300±9.200)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TA-RFB T-200型去白细胞滤器能够满足血液制备的质量要求。

Objective To study the effect of leukocyte depletion filter on the quality of blood products.Methods 40 bags of whole blood were randomly selected,200 ml in each bag.The concentration of free hemoglobin(FHB),the activity of fibrinogen(FIB)and factor Ⅷ(FⅧ)in plasma before and after filtration,the recovery rate of red blood cells after filtration,the count of residual white blood cells and the time required for filtration were detected.Results The leukocyte depletion blood was detected after filtration,and the recovery rate of red blood cell was>85%,the white blood cell count was<2.5×10^(6) cells/unit,and the filtration time of all filters was<10 min.After filtration,the FHb in plasma was(0.076±0.016)g/L,which was higher than(0.039±0.019)g/L before filtration;the FIB in plasma was(1.860±0.230)g/L,which was lower than(2.010±0.290)g/L before filtration;the FⅧin plasma was(91.100±7.900)%,which was lower than(95.300±9.200)%before filtration.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TA-RFB T-200 leukocyte depletion filter can meet the quality requirements of blood preparation.
