摘要
目的对缺血性脑血管病患者颈动脉血管病变应用颈部血管彩超诊断的价值进行探讨。方法选择86例缺血性脑血管病患者作为观察组,同期86例体检健康者作为对照组,均进行颈部血管彩超检查。比较两组动脉粥样硬化检出率、斑块检出率及斑块性质。结果观察组动脉粥样硬化检出率为93.0%,高于对照组的16.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组斑块检出率为88.4%,高于对照组的14.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中粗糙斑块42例,软斑19例,混合斑15例;对照组中粗糙斑块2例,软斑6例,混合斑4例。观察组粗糙斑块占比为55.3%,明显高于对照组的16.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈部血管彩超对缺血性脑血管病患者颈动脉血管病变具有十分重要的诊断价值,建议临床广泛应用。
Objective To discuss the value of cervical vascular color ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid vascular disease in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods There were 86 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease selected as the observation group,and concurrent 86 healthy subjects as the control group.Both groups performed cervical vascular color ultrasound examination.The detection rate of atherosclerosis and plaque,and plaque nature were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of atherosclerosis of the observation group was 93.0%,which was higher than 16.3% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate plaque of the observation group was 88.4%,which was higher than 14.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 42 cases of rough plaques,19 cases of soft plaques,and 15 cases of mixed plaques;in the control group,there were 2 cases of rough plaques,6 cases of soft plaques,and 4 cases of mixed plaques.The proportion of rough plaques of the observation group 55.3%,which was obviously higher than 16.7% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical vascular color ultrasound has a very important value in the diagnosis of carotid vascular disease in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
