气囊仿生助产技术在自然分娩中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨气囊仿生助产技术在自然分娩中的应用价值。方法200例拟进行阴道分娩的孕妇,按照助产技术不同分为常规组(98例)和气囊助产组(102例)。常规组采用常规助产技术,气囊助产组采用气囊仿生助产技术。比较两组产程时间、分娩情况、产妇分娩满意度。结果气囊助产组第一、第二及总产程分别为(345.61±23.58)、(25.86±9.61)、(376.36±29.76)min,均短于常规组的(481.67±36.94)、(41.95±11.02)、(529.64±31.25)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。气囊助产组阴道分娩率90.20%高于常规组的64.29%,剖宫产率9.80%、会阴侧切率9.80%低于常规组的35.71%、44.90%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。气囊助产组产妇分娩总满意度97.06%高于常规组的79.59%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气囊仿生助产技术可显著缩短产程,提高阴道试产孕妇的顺产率,同时可保护孕产妇软产道,提升分娩满意度。 Objective To discuss the practical value of balloon bionic midwifery technology in natural delivery.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women with natural delivery were divided into conventional group(98 cases)and balloon midwifery group(102 cases)according to different midwifery techniques.The conventional group received conventional midwifery technology,and the balloon midwifery group received balloon bionic midwifery technology.The labor process,delivery situation,and maternal delivery satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and total stages of labor of balloon midwifery group were(345.61±23.58),(25.86±9.61)and(376.36±29.76)min,which were shorter than(481.67±36.94),(41.95±11.02)and(529.64±31.25)min of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate 90.20% of balloon midwifery group was higher than 64.29% of conventional group,and cesarean section rate 9.80% and lateral episiotomy rate 9.80% were lower than 35.71%and 44.90% of conventional group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maternal delivery satisfaction rate 97.06%of balloon midwifery group was higher than 79.59% of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Balloon bionic midwifery technology can significantly shorten the stage of labor,improve the natural birth rate,protect the soft birth canal of pregnant women,and improve delivery satisfaction.
