急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者康复治疗中应用针灸辅助治疗的效果观察

Observation of effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients after acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者康复治疗中应用针灸辅助治疗的效果观察。方法86例急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组应用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上行针灸辅助治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分与日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的81.40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NIHSS评分和ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分(10.24±3.17)分和ADL评分(77.19±8.98)分均明显优于对照组的(12.98±3.29)、(63.18±7.49)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者康复治疗中应用针灸辅助治疗可以提高治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量,值得借鉴与推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients after acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 hemiplegia patients after acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and the activities of daily living(ADL)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was obviously higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score(10.24±3.17)points and ADL score(77.19±8.98)points of the observation group were obviously better than(12.98±3.29)and(63.18±7.49)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the therapeutic effect of hemiplegia patients after acute cerebral infarction,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
