摘要
文章把社会支持网络理论引入学校培育工作,从完善培养机制、深化课程改革、打通双向支持系统、构建完善联动育人体系等方面,为高职院校工匠精神的培育提供创新路径。
The paper provides the new path for this cultivation,from the introduction of social support network into school education,the improvement of the cultivation mechanism,the deepening of the curricu⁃lum reform,the opening-up of the two-way support system and the construction of a perfect joint education system.
