新生代民营企业家创新创业意愿影响因素主要有社会认可、观点思维、技术需求、资金保障、政策导向和人才保障。在综合分析的基础上,提出对新生代民营企业家要坚持党的领导、加强人才队伍建设和构建优质营商环境的几点建议。

The factors that influence innovation and entrepreneurship willingness of new generation of private entrepreneurs are mainly social recognition,viewpoint and thinking,technology demand,capital guar⁃antee,policy guidance and talent guarantee.On the basis of comprehensive analyses,it is proposed that the new generation of private entrepreneurs should adhere to the Party's leadership,strengthen the construction of talent team and set up a high-quality business environment.
