The Practical Research on New Public Administration Theory in Higher Vocational Education

文章立足于新公共管理理论的概念,从其起源着手分析,指出了该理论的突出特点,探讨这一理论在高职院校教育管理中的适用性,提出以服务导向施行管理、以职业标准要求管理、以市场秩序作为借鉴、以完善评价配合管理四点教育管理实践策略。

Based on the concept of the new public administration theory,the paper makes some analy⁃ses from the origin of the new public administration,points out the outstanding characteristics,explores the applicability of educational management in higher vocational colleges,and proposes four practical strategies in educational management:service-oriented pattern,professional standards,reference of market order and perfect evaluation.
