产教融合背景下职教高教一体化项目优化运行的机制路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 职业教育与普高教育一体化发展是现代职业教育体系的重要构成。职高一体化教育项目的开展弥补了传统高职教育无法完全满足社会对创新型行业技能从业者需求的缺憾,提升个人专业技能与发展空间,是现代职业教育体系的有机构成。但高职教育重心偏离、升本学生职业技能不足、升本院校人才培养定位不清晰致使人才培养体系不科学,升本院校“双师型”师资不足、与行业企业对接不充分等问题妨碍了项目目标的有效达成。文章优化了职高一体化项目的运行机制,确立“理论素养”与“职业技能”互促共升的办学理念;明确培养“创新型技能技术应用人才”的目标定位,系统协调设置“双高人才”培养方案,统筹实施“产教融合+产学研协同创新”,建立人才培养“职业能力本位”的评价机制,优化推进职业教育与高等教育的统筹协调发展。 The integrated development of high school and vocational school education is an important component of modern vocational education system.The development of the integrated education project of vocational high school makes up for the deficiency that the traditional higher vocational education cannot fully meet the social demand for innovative professional skill practitioners.It is an organic component of modern vocational education system to promote individual professional skills and development space.However,the problems such as the deviation of the center of gravity of higher vocational education,the shortage of vocational skills of students,the unclear orientation of talents training in higher vocational colleges,the shortage of“double-teacher”teachers in higher vocational colleges and the insufficient docking with enterprises in the industry hinder the effective realization of the project objectives.This article optimizes the running mechanism of the integration project of vocational colleges,and establishes the idea of“theoretical accomplishment”and“vocational skills”promoting the mutual promotion of the school running.The goal of training“innovative skills and technology application talents”is clearly defined,the training plan of“double-high talents”is set up in a systematic and coordinated manner,“integrate the resources of enterprises with vocational schools and universities plus collaborative innovation of industry,university and research”is implemented in a coordinated manner,the evaluation mechanism of“vocational ability standard”of talent training is established,and the coordinated development of vocational education and higher education is optimized.
