基于层次分析法的纸质文献保护策略研究

纸质文献是中华民族珍贵的文化财富,然而其寿命却面临着时间流逝和各类复杂因素的影响,缺乏正确的保护策略不但会影响文献的使用和研究,还会影响到文献的价值。文章将各类影响因素整理成电子问卷并通过问卷调查法向高校图书馆专家收集建议,并运用层次分析法构建四层评价体系,通过数据比较、数据筛选和一致性检验,将有效赋权数据代入模型,计算出各影响因素和保护策略的权重分布。高校图书馆文献保护工作可以从多功能库房构建、人才队伍建设、再生性保护、日常保养修复和科学管理5个策略出发,根据分析体系各层次权重分布和总层次权重排序获得最优策略,由此为高校文献保护工作人员在策略选择上提供有效的参考依据。

Paper literature is the precious cultural wealth of the Chinese nation,but its life is facing the influence of time and various complicated factors.Lack of correct protection strategies not only affects the use and research of documents but also affects the value of documents.This paper sorts all kinds of influencing factors into electronic questionnaire and collects suggestions from university library experts through questionnaire survey method,and constructs a four-tier evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process.Through data comparison,data screening and consistency test,the effective weighted data is brought into the model,and the weight distribution of each influencing factor and protection strategy is calculated.The work of document protection in university libraries can be based on the five strategies of multi-functional storeroom construction,talent team construction,regenerative protection,daily maintenance and repair and scientific management,and get the best strategy according to the weight distribution of each level and the order of the total level weight of the analysis system,so as to provide effective reference for the selection of the strategy for the personnel of document protection in university.
