船舶碰撞桥梁隐患治理三年行动是交通运输部、国家铁路局、国铁集团联合部署的防范化解水上交通安全隐患的重大举措,推进船舶碰撞桥梁隐患治理可有效保障桥梁安全、船舶航行安全和桥梁上通行人员、车辆安全。文章对汾泉河(安徽段)桥梁安全问题隐患进行分析,提出问题解决举措,目的是更好地完成船舶碰撞桥梁隐患治理三年行动,消除现状船舶通过桥梁水域安全隐患。

The three-year action of collision of ship against bridge management is an important measure that the State Railway Group,State Railway Administration,Ministry of Communications and Transportation have jointly deployed to prevent and eliminate the hidden trouble of water traffic safety.It aims to effectively ensure bridge safety,ship navigation safety and bridge passers-by and vehicle safety.This paper analyzes the hidden trouble of bridge safety problems in Fenquan River(Anhui section),and puts forward the measures to solve the problems.The purpose is to better complete the three-year action of managing the hidden risks of collision of ship against bridge,and eliminate the hidden trouble of current ships passing through bridge waters.
