广东省大学生生命意义感与心理健康:心理资本的调节作用 被引量:4

The Sense of Life Meaning and Mental Health of College Students inGuangdong Province:the Moderating Role of Psychological Capital

摘要 为探讨大学生生命意义感、心理资本与心理健康的关系,采用随机抽样与方便抽样相结合的方法,以广东省1990名大学生为对象,采用《生命意义感问卷》《积极心理资本量表》《突发性公共卫生事件心理问卷》进行调查。研究结果显示:大学生生命意义感与心理资本呈正相关,与心理问题呈负相关;心理资本及其各维度在生命意义感与心理健康之间存在调节作用。结论:提升大学生心理资本不仅可以减少生命意义感对心理健康问题的负向预测,还可以减少生命意义感缺乏对于心理问题的消极影响。 To explore the relationships among college students’sense of life meaning,psychological capital and mental health,1990 college students from Guangdong Province were selected by random sampling and convenient sampling method.The Chinese Meaning in Life Questionnaire(C-MLQ),Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ)and Psychological Questionnaire for Emergent Event of Public Health(PQEEPH)were used to investigate.The results showed that:there was a positive correlation between the college students’sense of life meaning and psychological capital,and a negative correlation between their sense of life meaning and mental health problems;psychological capital and its dimensions had moderating effects on meaning of life and mental health.In conclusion,improving the psychological capital of college students can not only reduce the negative prediction of sense of life meaning to mental health problems,but also reduce the negative impact of the lack of sense of life meaning on psychological problems.
