民机复合材料舱板的有机硅杂化涂料的增强增韧改性研究 被引量:3

摘要 民用飞机内饰涂料通常采用有毒有害的挥发性有机溶剂,既不利于环保,也难以满足民用航空规章的火烟毒标准,本文以溶胶凝胶法制备了水性的有机硅杂化涂料。研究催化剂种类和颜料的配比对有机硅杂化涂料性能的影响,同时引入柔性纳米粒子提高其抗开裂能力。随后通过正交实验确定了影响涂层性能的关键参数配比。据此制备的有机硅杂化涂层硬度可达7H,附着力1级,柔韧性测试能通过1 mm。与基础涂料相比耐磨性能提高62.02%,改性涂料表现出优异的耐磨性能,同时防火性能满足CCAR规章适航要求的60s垂直燃烧和气体毒性测试。为有机硅杂化涂料在民用航空领域的应用提供了理论基础。 Civil aircraft interior coatings usually use toxic and harmful volatile organic solvents,which are neither conducive to environmental protection nor meet the standards of fire smoke and poison of civil aviation regulations.In this paper,waterborne organosilicon hybrid coatings are prepared by sol-gel method.The effects of catalyst types and pigment ratio on the properties of silicone hybrid coatings were studied,and flexible nanoparticles were introduced to improve the cracking resistance.Then the key parameters affecting the performance of the coating were determined by orthogonal experiment.The hardness of the silicone hybrid coating can reach 7H,the adhesion is grade 1,and the flexibility test can pass 1 mm.Compared with the original coating,the wear resistance of the modified coating is increased by 62.02%,Meanwhile,the fire performance meets the requirements of CCAR regulations for 60s vertical combustion and gas toxicity test.It provides a theoretical basis for the application of Silicone Hybrid Coatings in civil aviation.
