老年人服务与管理专业安宁疗护课程教学实践及启示--以濒死期症状照护为例

目的探索中职院校安宁疗护课程教学方法,分析教学效果,总结其对我国职业院校安宁疗护课程教学的启示。方法选取上海市医药学校参加2019年秋季学期开设《安宁疗护》课程学习的中职老年人服务与管理专业60名学生为研究组,选取同校上一级同专业学生60人作为对照组。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用案例视频、小组讨论与情景体验教学方法相结合的方式讲授主题为濒死期症状照护内容。两组在课程结束后均进行考试,并进行问卷调研教学满意度及学生对濒死期照护的态度。结果研究组学生成绩平均(92.25±5.77)分,优良(85分及以上)占91.70%,显著优于对照组学生成绩[平均(89.25±4.87)分,优良占70.00%](P<0.05)。研究组学生对教学方法及课程设计的总满意度均显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论以案例视频教学法为主的多种教学方法相结合的方式可提高学生对安宁疗护知识的掌握,提高其自信心。

Objective To explore the teaching methods of hospice care course in secondary vocational colleges.Methods A total of 60 students majored in service and management for the elderly in secondary vocational school who participated in Hospice Care Course in the fall semester of 2019 in Shanghai Medical School were selected as the study group.And 60 former students majored in the same subject were selected as the control group.The students in control group were taught by traditional teaching method.While the students in study group were taught by the combination of case video,group discussion and situational experience teaching method for hospice care.At the end of the course,the satisfaction of study nd attitude towards hospice care were evaluated by questionnaire survey.Results The average score of the study group was(92.25±5.77),with excellent(85 points and above)accounted for 91.70%,which was significantly higher compared with control group([89.25±4.87],70.00%)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of teaching methods and curriculum design in study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of case video teaching method and other teaching methods can improve students'mastery of hospice care knowledge and self⁃confidence.
