Orem自护理论干预方案应用于缺血性脑卒中患者的临床实践分析

Practice of Orem Self-protection Theory on the patients with ischemic stroke

目的分析Orem自护理论干预方案对缺血性脑卒中患者自护能力和并发症的影响。方法根据入院时间,将南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院在2017年8月至2018年8月收治的41例缺血性脑卒中患者纳入对照组;2018年9月至2019年9月收治的40例缺血性脑卒中患者纳入研究组。对照组实施传统护理干预,研究组在对照组传统护理基础上实施基于Orem自护理论的干预方案。比较两组患者的自我照护能力、不同时间节点的消极情感状况、并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者自护能力较对照组强,消极情感状况评分较对照组低,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对缺血性脑卒中患者实施Orem自护理论干预能提高其自护能力,减轻其消极情感,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of Orem Self-protection Theory on the ability of self-protection and complications of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods According to the discharge time sequence,41 cases of ischemic stroke who were admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical Universityfrom August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled into control group.And 40 cases of ischemic stroke who were hospitalized from September 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled into study group.The patients in control group were given traditional nursing intervention.And the patients in study group were treated with the intervention based on Orem Self-care Theory.The self-care ability,negative emotional status and complications at different time were compared between the two groups.Results The patients in study group had greater self-care ability compared with the patients in control group.The negative emotional status score in study group was lower than that of the control group.The incidences of complications including pulmonary infection,wound infection and cerebral hemorrhage were lower than those of the control group.The difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of Orem Self-care Theory improves the self-care ability and reduce the incidence of complications for the patients with ischemic stroke.
