地域文化视角下的川茶与闽茶饮用文化比较研究

摘要 我国疆土辽阔,各地物质基础差异较大,地理环境不尽相同。地域性的分割、差异的环境衍生出多样的风俗文化和地域茶文化,共同构成了中国茶文化的多样性。四川与福建地区有着悠久的饮茶历史,受到地域文化差异的影响各自发展出了具有地方性特点的饮茶方式,文章比较分析四川与福建地区的饮茶方式,以探析地域文化差异对茶文化的影响。 Due to the vast territory of our country,the material foundations are different,and the geographical envi ronment is not the same.The closed environment made people's customs different,thus deriving a variety of customs and cultures,and regional cultures were formed.Affected by topography,climate and other aspects,tea cultivars and tea drinking habits in various regions of the country are also different,which constitute the diversity of Chinese tea culture.Sichuan and Fujian have a long history of drinking tea.Affected by regional cultural differences,they have developed tea drinking methods with local characteristics.This paper compared and analyzed the tea drinking methods in Sichuan and Fujian to explore the influence of regional cultural differences on tea culture.
