生鲜农产品销售平台的供应商选择与评价分析——以A公司为例 被引量:2

摘要 生鲜农产品通过电商平台销售已经成为"互联网+"时代的主要销售模式。然而,由于平台采购存在的各类问题,导致平台销售的农产品参差不齐,影响了消费者利益。因此,需要对新零售背景下生鲜农产品销售平台的供应商选择问题进行分析。首先,确定供应商评价的指标体系,并结合问卷调查的结果进行指标权重的确定。然后,采用模糊综合评价模型对供应商进行定量分析。最后选取A公司砂糖橘的供应商进行实例分析,计算出该供应商的综合得分,以计算出的得分来进行供应商的选择,使决策能够更加合理、准确。 Selling fresh agriculture products on e-commerce platforms has become the main sales mode in the"Internet+"era. However,the products sold on the platform are uneven due to various problems existing in the platform procurement,which affects the interests of consumers. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the supplier selection of fresh agricultural products sales platform under the new retail background.Firstly,this paper determined the index system of supplier evaluation and the index weight based on the results of questionnaire survey. Then,it used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to quantitatively analyze the suppliers. Finally,it calculated the comprehensive score of the supplier by selecting the supplier of sugar orange of A company as an example,and to make the decision more reasonable and accurate by selecting the supplier with the calculated score.
