摘要
通过对疫情爆发后区域性乳制品企业财务状况的研究,分析新冠疫情对区域性乳制品企业的影响,从转变营销模式、建设区域乳品品牌、巩固本地市场份额和提高奶源建设投入方面提出对策,为区域性乳制品企业在疫情常态化阶段的经营管理提供决策参考依据。
Through the study of the financial status of regional dairy companies after the outbreak,this paper analyzed the impact of the new crown epidemic on regional dairy companies.It provided propose countermeasures to decision-making reference basis for the operation and management of regional dairy companies in the normalization stage of the epidemic,which included changing marketing models,building regional dairy brands,consolidating local market shares and increasing investment in milk source construction.
