乡村振兴背景下秸秆综合利用路径探析——以淮安市为例

Economic Benefit and Path Analysis of Comprehensive Utilization of Straw in Huai'an City

为响应国家乡村振兴号召,保护生态环境,积极促进农作物秸秆的经济效益,淮安市在农作物秸秆的综合利用上主要方式为机械化还田、收贮利用、按量补助。但仍存在收贮利用企业难以消化、相关设备供给不足、收集装备技术落后等问题,对此提出完善补助政策、完善收贮利用体系、加大秸秆利用服务保障、强化规模利用企业带动,以期完善淮安市农作物秸秆综合利用体系。

In order to respond to the call of rural revitalization of the state,to protect the ecological environment and actively to promote the economic benefits of crop straw,Huai'an City comprehensively utilized crop straw through mechanized return to the field,storage and utilization,and subsidy according to the amount,etc.However,there were still some problems,such as difficult digestion by enterprises,insufficient supply of related equipment,backward technology of collection equipment,etc.Therefore,it proposed some suggestions to improve the subsidy policy,the system of collection,storage and utilization and to increase the service guarantee of straw utilization,to strengthen the drive of scale utilization enterprises,so as to improve the comprehensive utilization system of crop straw in Huaian.
