基于Logistic模型的黑龙江省森林康养基地周边居民参与意愿分析

Analysis of Residents'Willingness to Participate in Forest Health Care Base in Heilongjiang Province Based on Logistic Model

基于黑龙江省五个森林康养基地周边638份问卷数据,采用二元Logistic模型对黑龙江省森林康养基地周边居民意愿及其影响因素进行分析。结果显示:86%的居民表示愿意参与森林康养基地建设,但49%的居民对于森林康养基地建设处于不了解或了解较少的状态;居民总体生态环境保护意识不高;受教育程度、养老保险、医疗保险及对森林康养的认知水平4类因素对周边居民参与意愿有显著影响,其中,拥有养老保险和医疗保险的人对于森林康养基地建设的参与意愿更强烈。结合实证分析,提出了相关政府或单位应完善森林康养基地周边社区村落的社会保障政策、加强对森林康养产业发展的宣传力度及技能培训、针对森林康养基地周边小型产业进行扶持和保护政策等措施。

Based on 638 questionnaires collected from five forest health care bases in Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzed the intention and influencing factors of residents around the forest health care bases in Heilongjiang Province by binary Logistic model.The results showed that 86% of the residents were willing to participate in the construction of forest health base,but 49% of the residents did not know about the construction of forest health base or did not know much about it.The overall ecological environment protection consciousness of residents was not high.Four factors had a significant impact on the participation willingness of surrounding residents,including education level,endowment insurance,medical insurance and cognition level of forest health care.Among them,people with endowment insurance and medical insurance had a stronger willingness to participate in the construction of forest health care base.Combined with the empirical analysis,it's proposed that the relevant government or unit should improve the social security policy of the surrounding communities of the forest health care base,strengthen the publicity and skill training for the development of the forest health care industry,support and protect the small industries around the forest health care base and other measures.
