摘要 21世纪以来,以数字化、网络化和智能化为标志的新一代信息技术催生了新一轮产业革命,推动了石化行业全产业链数字化转型步伐,助力全产业链降本增效和高质量发展。作为科技成果与高效生产力的桥梁,石化工程企业承担着从源头为石化工厂注入优质数字基因的重要使命。文章从外部环境变革与企业自身发展,分析了石化工程企业数字化转型紧迫性与必要性;结合石化工程企业经营模式特点,明确转型目标、发展路径及推动要点,促进石化工程企业向“产品+服务”新模式迈进,以支持石化工程企业进一步信息共享、集成协同,整合各类资源,提升管理效率,拓展业务领域,创造更大价值,于危机中育新机,于变局中开新局。 After entering the new stage of the 21st century,the new generation of information technology marked by digitization,networking and intelligence has spawned a new round of industrial revolution,which has led to the transformation of various industries.It further promotes the transformation and upgrading of petrochemical industry towards the digitization of the whole industry chain.As a bridge between the scientific and technological achievements and efficient productivity,refinery and chemical engineering enterprises undertake the important mission of injecting high quality digital genes into petrochemical plants from the source.This paper focuses on the comprehensive analysis of petrochemical companies,mainly from the perspective of the external environment,and points out the great value and role of the digital transformation in the development stage of the companies.Considering the management means,methods and characteristics,the strategic objectives,value of the transformation,development path and promotion points are defined to drive the petrochemical engineering enterprises towards the new mode of"product+service".The target is to support petrochemical engineering companies in information sharing,synergetic integration and resource integration,which will help improve management efficiency,expand business scale,grasp development opportunities,and achieve sustainable development.
