我国卤化丁基橡胶产业发展面临的挑战及发展建议

The Challenges and Suggestions for China HIIR Industry Development

中国已成为全球最大的丁基橡胶生产国和消费国,拉动全球卤化丁基橡胶需求增长。目前国内卤化丁基橡胶产能不足,生产水平落后,供应缺口较大。受进口产品的冲击,我国发展卤化丁基橡胶的压力依然很大。结合国内外卤化丁基橡胶发展现状,在分析了国内企业发展卤化丁基橡胶面临的挑战的基础上,建议适时适度增加卤化丁基橡胶产能,指出技术发展的重点是提高节能环保水平、改善产品性能,进而结合下游企业需求,推进产品结构调整。

China has become the world's largest producer and consumer of butyl rubber,driving global demand for halogenated butyl rubber(HIIR).However,the domestic HIIR capacity is insufficient,with the backward production level and a large supply gap.Our country is still under great pressure to develop HIIR industry due to the impact of imported products.Based on the development status of HIIR at home and abroad,the challenges faced by domestic enterprises in developing HIIR are analyzed in this paper.It's suggested that the HIIR capacity should be increased in a timely and appropriate manner,and pointed out that the focus of technological development is to improve the level of energy conservation,environmental protection and product performance,and further to promote product structure adjustment in line with the needs of downstream enterprises.
