厚朴配方颗粒药渣中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的提取纯化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的对经过水提取的厚朴配方颗粒药渣中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚进行提取、纯化研究。方法本文对厚朴配方颗粒生产后的药渣进行研究,借助大孔树脂分离纯化技术对药渣中的脂溶性成分厚朴酚及和厚朴酚进行提取、纯化工艺的研究,实现中药资源的再次利用。结果粗提物出膏率约为4.56%,其中和厚朴酚含量约为19.94%,厚朴酚含量约为35.83%,两种酚的总含量约为55.77%。结论目前,全国厚朴配方颗粒年投料量约150吨,按《中国药典》厚朴项下2.0%的含量标准,可从废弃的药渣中提取厚朴酚及和厚朴酚3000公斤,按照50%纯度的市场售价约1000元/kg,从废弃的厚朴药渣中,废物再利用可产生300万的效益。 Objective To study the extraction and purification of magnolol and honokiol in the herb residue of magnolia officinalis granules extracted by water.Methods In this paper,the herb residue of magnolia officinalis granules was studied,the extraction and purification technology of magnolol and honokiol were studied with the technology of separation and purification of macroporous resin,so as to realize the reuse of Chinese medicine resources.Results The extraction rate of crude extract was about 4.56%,in which the content of honokiol was about 19.94%,and the contents of magnolol was 35.83%,and the total contents of the two phenols were about 55.77%.Conclusion At present,the annual feeding volume of magnolia officinalis granules in China is about 150 tons.According to the content standard of 2.0% of Magnolia Officinalis in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,3000 kg of magnolol and honokiol can be extracted from the waste herb residues.According to the market price of 50% purity about 1000 yuan/kg,From the discarded Magnolia Officinalis residue,the recycling of the waste can generate a benefit of 3 million Renminbi.
