儿童专科互联网医院慢病管理服务模式的构建及探索

Construction and exploration of chronic disease management service model in Internet hospital for children’s hospital

目的探索符合儿童专科医院特色的互联网医院慢病管理服务模式。方法通过分析复旦大学附属儿科医院互联网医院2020年运行指标,阐述互联网医院在儿童专科慢病管理中的作用。结果复旦儿科互联网医院目前已开通22个临床科室,登记医师数量334人,占全院医师总量的71.2%。累计诊疗39782人次,包括37722人次免费问诊咨询,其中慢病咨询17861人次。医保患儿占19%,外地患儿占52%。患者满意度达到96.4%。结论我们构建了一种基于互联网医院的、以线下专科为管理主体的线上线下全流程互动的专科慢病服务模式,方便了专科专病患儿的随访,提高了慢病患者的随访依从性,有助于专科的慢病管理。

Objective This article aimed to explore the preliminary management experience of the chronic disease management service model of Internet hospital for children’s hospital.Methods We analyzed the operating indicators of the Internet hospital in Children’s Hospital,Fudan University in 2020,and illustrated the role of the Internet hospital in the management of chronic disease.Results The Internet hospital of our hospital has opened 22 clinical departments and registered 334 doctors,accounting for 71.2%of the total number of our doctors.A total of 39782 patients were treated,including 37722 free consultations,of which 17861 were chronic diseases.Medical insurance patients accounted for 19%,and 52%were out-of-town patients.The patient satisfaction rate reached 96.4%.Conclusion We established an online and offline specialist chronic disease service model based on the Internet hospital,with offline specialists as the main body.It facilitates the follow-up of children with special diseases,increased the follow-up of patients with chronic diseases,and contributes to the management of chronic diseases in the specialties.
