制氢炉辐射段简洁耦合模型的建立及应用 被引量:1

Establishment and application of the concise coupling model for radiation section in hydrogen production furnace

摘要 假设制氢装置制氢炉炉膛为零维,对制氢炉辐射段炉管建立了从燃烧到转化反应的完整辐射段数学模型,求解了该耦合模型,并利用该模型对制氢装置正常负荷(100%)和低负荷(45%)下的生产工况进行了模拟。结果表明:当将燃烧、传热、反应等过程作为整体,设计传热强度作为迭代变量,炉管内温度作为收敛变量时,可便捷的求解耦合模型;制氢装置正常负荷和低负荷下,该模型模拟计算结果与实际生产数据吻合,转化气中各组分体积分数变化值均小于0.2%,炉膛出口温度和炉管出口温度变化值均小于5℃。 Under the assumption of the furnace of hydrogen production unit as zero dimension,a mathematical coupling model was developed including combustion,heat transfer and conversion reactions.The coupling model was solved and used to simulate the production conditions of hydrogen production plant under normal(100%)and low(45%)load.The results showed that when treating the combustion,heat transfer and reaction as a whole,heat transfer intensity as iteration variable and temperature in furnace tube as convergence variable,a convenient computing strategy was applied to decoupling simulation.Under the conditions of normal and low load,the simulation results were in good agreement with the actual production data,the volume fraction deviation of each component in converted gas was less than 0.2%,the deviations of furnace chamber outlet temperature and furnace tube outlet temperature were less than 5℃.
