催化裂化装置掺炼常三线柴油的研究及工业应用 被引量:1

Study and industrial application of blending diesel from the third atmospheric distillation sideline in fluid catalytic cracking unit

摘要 在固定流化床试验装置上考察了掺炼常三线柴油及工艺条件对催化裂化产品性质的影响,并在2.5 Mt/a MIP-CGP工业装置上进行了常三线柴油的掺炼试验。结果表明:在固定流化床试验装置上,与掺炼前相比,掺炼常三线柴油(催化原料油与常三线柴油按质量比9∶1混合)后,柴油、重油和焦炭收率分别下降了1.39,0.82,0.68个百分点,汽油、总液体收率和转化率分别增加了2.99,1.75,2.19个百分点;在MIP-CGP工艺催化裂化工业装置上,常三线柴油的掺炼比(质量分数)为8.1%时,柴油收率降低了3.61个百分点,汽油收率增加了4.04个百分点,汽油辛烷值增加了0.4个单位,装置柴汽比降低了0.149。 The effects of refining process conditions and blending diesel from the third atmospheric distillation sideline on the properties of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)products were investigated in a fixed fluidized bed reactor and the relevant industrial trial of blending and refining diesel from the third atmospheric distillation sideline were carried out in a 2.5 Mt/a MIP-CGP industrial unit.The fixed fluidized bed evaluation results showed that compared with the reference case before blending,the diesel oil,heavy oil and coke yields had decreased by 1.39,0.82,0.68 percent points respectively,while the gasoline yield,total liquid yield and conversion had increased by 2.99,1.75,2.19 percent points respectively after blending(the mass ratio of the catalytic raw material oil to regular third-line diesel oil 9∶1).When blending with 8.1%(mass fraction)of diesel from the third atmospheric distillation sideline in the MIP-CGP FCC unit,the diesel yield had decreased by 3.61 percentage points,the gasoline yield and octane number had increased by 4.04 percentage points and 0.4 units respectively.The diesel to gasoline ratio had decreased by 0.149.
