逆应教育原则的概念、内涵及应用价值

摘要 现代教育过于强调并依赖顺应类教育原则,忽视了逆应教育原则的重大应用价值。顺应教育以应然为逻辑起点,以实现某种教育理想为目的。教育应然与社会实然的相对脱节易导致教育对象的社会适应问题。逆应教育直面非理想化的社会现实,并将其投影到教育情境中,帮助个体培养以抗逆力为核心的综合心智素养。开展逆应教育存在风险,因此其具体实施条件要求严苛,必须以对教育的深度内省为前提,辅之顺应教育以加强对受教育者的抗逆训练。逆应教育原则在参与教育治理,平衡绝对化教育思潮与建设有中国特色的现代教育体系等方面可发挥独特而重大的作用。 Modern education overemphasizes and relies on the principle of conforming education,neglects the great application value of the principle of responding education.The logical starting point of conforming to education is“ought to be”in order to realize some educational ideal,but the relative disconnection between education ought to be and social reality is likely to lead to problems in the social adaptation of educational objects.In order to help the individual develop the comprehensive mental quality with“resistance”as the core,we should face the bad social reality directly and project it into the educational situation.There are risks in response education,so its specific implementation conditions are strict.We must take the deep introspection of education as the premise,and assist the response education to strengthen the resistance training of the educated.The principle of counter education can play a unique and important role in participating in educational governance,balancing absolute educational thoughts and participating in the construction of modern education system with Chinese characteristics.
