困境与突破:对卓越教师研究能力培养的思考

Dilemma and Breakthrough:Reflections on the Cultivation of Excellent Teachers Research Ability

在对师范生培养的过程中,与理论知识、教师专业技能相比,作为卓越教师通用能力之一的研究能力在一定程度上被弱化,这将影响职后教师的可持续发展。基于此,为了突破此困境,一方面,要从教师知识结构、教师研究位置两个方面明晰研究能力对卓越教师发展的重要价值;另一方面,要通过纵向的“研究过程”、横向的“研究对象”两个层面解析教师“研究”的核心要素。并在此基础上,提出了具有一定针对性的培养策略,包括培养师范生“问题发现”的敏锐性、“问题表征”的准确性及“问题解决”的行动力等策略。

In the process of teacher education,compared with theoretical knowledge and teachers’professional skills,the research ability,as one of the general abilities of excellent teachers,is weakened to a certain extent in the training of normal university students,which will affect the development of post-vocational teachers.Based on this,in order to break through this dilemma,on the one hand,it clarified the important value of research ability to the development of excellent teachers from two aspects:teachers’knowledge structure and teachers’research position.On the other hand,it analyzes the core elements of teachers’research from two aspects:vertical“research process”and horizontal“research object”.On this basis,this paper puts forward some specific strategies for cultivating research ability,including training the sensitivity of“problem finding”,the accuracy of“problem representation”and the action power of“problem solving”of normal university students.
