摘要
本文以江苏Y高校108位新入职教师的教学情况督导组评价意见为研究对象,运用扎根理论研究方法,通过开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码和理论模型饱和度检验等研究过程,构建高校新入职教师教学胜任力结构模型。教学分析和规范能力是高校新入职教师的教学胜任力结构的基础;教学设计与表达能力是高校新入职教师教学胜任力结构的核心;教学引领与管控能力是高校新入职教师教学胜任力结构的保障;教学激发与延伸能力是高校新入职教师教学胜任力结构的促进。
This paper takes the evaluation opinions of the teaching situation supervision group of 108 new teachers in Y University of Jiangsu Province as the research object,uses the grounded theory research method,through the research process of open coding,spindle coding,selective coding and theoretical model saturation test,constructs the teaching competency structure model of new teachers in Colleges and universities.The ability of teaching analysis and standardization is the basis of the teaching competency structure of new college teachers;the ability of teaching design and expression is the core of the structure;the ability of teaching guidance and control is the guarantee of the structure;the ability of stimulating and extending teaching is the promotion of the structure.
