体教融合视阈下我国体育教育专业发展研究

Development of Physical Education Major in China from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Education

运用文献资料法、访谈法等,对我国体育教育专业发展的现实困境与优化策略进行深入探讨。体教融合视阈下我国体育教育专业发展存在的现实困境:育人目标定位趋同,人才培养的个性化和特色化不足;育人机制不健全,体育、教育等多元主体协同参与的合力不够;育人渠道不畅,满足学生职业能力需要的课程资源挖掘不深;育人模式活性不高,缺乏动态性的师范生认证方式和评价体系。提出优化策略:优化育人目标,培养具备健康教育能力的新型体育专业人才;拓宽育人渠道,实现校内外多方优质体育教育资源的共建共享;凝聚育人合力,推动学校体育教学、竞赛、科研“一体化”育人;提升育人效益,打造体育教育优势学科、专业和课程协同育人新模式。

By using the methods of literature review and interview,this paper made an in-depth discussion on the realistic difficulty and optimization strategies of the development of physical education major in China.From the perspective of the integration of sports and education,there are some realistic difficulty in the development of physical education major in China,such as the similar orientation of educational objective,lack of individualization and specialization of talent training,imperfect education mechanism.And the cooperation of the sports,education and other multi-subjects collaborative involvement is not enough;the channel of education is not smooth;the course resources are not explored deeply to meet the needs of students'vocational ability;the low fl exibility of education model with the lack of dynamic certifi cation and evaluation system for normal university students.This paper put forward the following optimization strategies:We should optimize the education goals and cultivate new sports professionals with the ability of health education,expand education channels to realize the co-construction and sharing of high quality physical education resources both inside and outside the universities,gather education force to promote the"integration"of physical education teaching,competition and scientific research,and improve the efficiency of education and create a new model of collaborative education between superior disciplines,majors and courses in physical education.
