摘要
文章以某主机厂项目的 CAB气囊为实例,考虑四种最典型的气囊折叠方式。建模采用Hyper mesh与LS-Dyna结合进行气囊建模及折叠,用LS-Dyna求解器进行求解,利用均压法(UP)完成气囊充满。介绍了CAB的仿真建模流程,并以其中一个仿真模型进行物理工况对标,研究CAB不同折叠方式及展开状态优缺点,确定对乘员保护有利的最优折叠方案。
In this paper,taking the curtain airbag of a project as an example,four typical airbag folding methods are considered.Hypermesh and LS-Dyna are used to carry out the preliminary modeling.The LS DYNA solver is used to solve the problem.The curtain airbag is inflated by UP method.This paper introduces the process of CAB modeling,and takes one of the models as a model to carry out physical test benchmarking.Using the comparison of physical test and simulation,this paper explores the influence of CAB folding mode on airbag deployment.
