摘要
目前对汽车外覆盖件的外观质量和尺寸精度的要求越来越高,在自动化冲压线生产过程中,因修边铁屑造成冲压件凹凸包缺陷难以解决,频繁导致生产线停线,严重影响生产效率。基于此,文章就自动化冲压线修边铁屑等问题进行了简要的分析,并提出了模具修边铁屑的解决方法,期望能为同行提供一个借鉴方法。
In the process of automatic stamping line production,it is difficult to solve the concave and convex defects of stamping parts caused by trimming iron scraps,which frequently leads to the production line stoppage,and seriously affects the production efficiency.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the problems of trimming iron scraps in automatic punching line,and puts forward the solution of trimming iron scraps in die,hoping to provide a reference method for the peer.
