摘要
文章主要从供应商开发、供应商管理及供应商体系优化等三大方面探讨了供应商开发流程、供应商分类分级管理的重要性、如何分级分类管理供应商、筛选现场审核供应商的原则及现场审核流程等。经过此次探究,供应商从开发到管理各部分环环相扣,形成闭环,提高供应商质量,为新形势下供应商多维度管理提供思路。
This article mainly discusses the importance of the supplier development process,the importance of supplier classification and hierarchical management,how to hierarchically manage suppliers,and the principles of selecting and auditing suppliers from three aspects:supplier development,supplier management and supplier system optimization.On-site audit process,etc.After this investigation,the supplier's various parts from development to management are intertwined,forming a closed loop,improving supplier quality,and providing ideas for supplier multi-dimensional management under the new situation.
