摘要
文章基于OPC技术,对飞机自动化装配生产线的现场设备信息进行及时采集与集成管理。通过搭建数据采集网络,实现不同自动化装配生产线工业控制网络的互联,采用OPC技术,实现对不同现场控制设备的数据采集,从而实现自动化装配生产线设备的监控与管理,同时为生产线的集成控制以及后续MES系统的集成开发提供数据基础,提升信息的即时性与准确度,保证快速决策。
Based on OPC technology,this paper collects and integrates the field equipment information of aircraft automatic assembly line in time.Through the construction of data acquisition network,the interconnection of industrial control networks of different automatic assembly lines is realized,and the data acquisition of different field control equipment is realized by using OPC technology,so as to realize the monitoring and management of automatic assembly line equipment.At the same time,it provides the data basis for the integrated control of the production line and the integrated development of the follow-up MES system,improves the immediacy and accuracy of information,and ensures fast decision-making.
