海洋工程液压调平器系统性维护

海洋工程液压调平器是海洋工程导管架安装工程中十分重要的大型水下设备,在使用过程中,液压调平器由船吊吊至导管架指定位置,由工程师操作液压调平器动作,进行导管架调平,海油工程公司所购置的液压调平器已使用十余年,由于长年海水腐蚀以及零部件老化,液压调平器已经无法满足施工要求,目前国内尚未有液压调平器系统性维修先例,因此公司技术人员组织技术队伍对液压调平器进行系统性维护,提升设备自主维修能力,以保证设备施工性能稳定,保障海上项目开发。
