玻璃钢油管打捞器的研制与应用

摘要 基于滑块捞矛打捞玻璃钢油管存在打捞困难、打捞效率不高等问题,研制了玻璃钢油管打捞器。该打捞器由上接头、矛爪、弹片、限位销、捞矛主体等构成,设置有3组横爪和2组竖爪,可实现横爪捞获和竖爪倒扣等功能。周斜21-16井的成功试验表明,新研制的玻璃钢油管打捞器不仅达到设计要求,而且其新增的倒扣功能还为普通油管打捞提供借鉴,但要进一步推广应用,还要根据不同型号玻璃钢油管设计不同尺寸的矛体和矛爪,提高加工精度和组装精度,提高可靠性。 In view of the difficult and low efficiency fishing using FRP tubing with slider spear,a FRP tubing fisher was developed.The fisher is composed of top sub,spear grab,spring piece,limit pin,spear body,etc.It is equipped with 3 groups of horizontal grabs and 2 groups of vertical grabs,which can achieve the horizontal grabbing and back-off with vertical grabs.The successful test in Well Zhouxie 21-16 indicates that the newly-developed FRP tubing fisher not only meets the design requirements,and the additional back-off function also provides an option for ordinary tubing fishing.In order to expand the use domain,different sizes of spear bodies and grabs are designed per different types of FRP tubing,and the machining precision and assembly precision are necessarily improved to boost the reliability.
