摘要
王场采油管理区结合生产需求,利用4G物联网技术在PCS系统中集成升级集输、注水干线监控模块,新增72个干线压力监控点。通过完善油水井监控模块,强化日常油水井生产状况监控和工况分析,利用大数据分析技术摸索形成功图分类分级管理、机采效率测试等新方法,优化油水井生产参数,有效提升PCS考核指标及采油指标,全年减少作业井3井次,节约作业费39.7万元,节约电费7.8万元,在降低操作成本、提高劳动生产率、改善油藏经营效果等方面见到了明显成效,为下步新型采油管理区建设积累了经验。
In combination with production demand,Wangchang Oil Production Management Area integrated and upgraded the monitoring module of oil gathering,transmission and water injection trunk lines in PCS system by using 4G Internet of Things technology,and added 72 pressure monitoring points of the trunk lines.Such new methods are used as improving monitoring module of oil and water wells,strengthening the daily production status monitoring and the analysis of working condition of the oil and water wells,applying the big data analysis technology for forming classification of indicator diagrams hierarchical management,pump production efficiency testing and others,to optimize production parameters of oil wells,enhance the PCS assessment index and oil recovery index,reduce the jobs by 3 well throughout the year,and to save operating costs 397000 yuan and the electricity cost of 78,000 yuan.The obvious results were seen in reducing operating cost,raising labor productivity,and improving reservoir management effect,which garnered experience for building the next new type of oil production management area.
